Resident Guideline

Our goal is to help those who are homeless to become self-sufficient.  We offer a warm bed, basic necessities, and a structured opportunity to gain self-sufficiency.

Residents unemployed or under employed must adhere to all house rules, policies and program guidelines. This includes providing a valid State issued ID or driver’s license, and staying drug- and alcohol-free. Residents also must seek employment opportunities, and once employed, must maintain employment until permanent housing is identified. Residents who receive income must participate in our budget and savings plan.

In addition, residents must maintain personal hygiene and complete staff-assigned household tasks.

For the safety of our residents, a criminal background check is conducted on all adult residents. Intakes are conducted 5 pm to 11 pm daily at both locations. For the safety of all residents and staff, we cannot accept those with a aggravated felony or sexual offense conviction.

Admission is available on a first come, first serve basis.
